Refunds & Returns
Accessory items purchased directly from HatsanUSA.com are subject to the following return and refund policy:
Our general return policy for NEW ACCESSORIES is 30 days.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased through HatsanUSA.com, be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all included accessories still intact.
- You must contact HatsanUSA through our Customer Service Form to obtain an RMA number.
*To complete your return, we require a valid RMA number and a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or otherwise not in original condition upon arrival
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Refund credit will only be issued to the original purchaser and method of payment.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After complete evaluation, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Items returned without defect will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Cancelled orders may incur up to a 5% processing fee.
- Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged beyond repair.
- If you wish to exchange for a like item, please indicate so in your RMA request.
- All originally included accessories must be returned with the item in order for us to process your exchange.
- Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the return packaging.

- Returned items should be securely packed in the complete original retail packaging. Returns shipped only in the retail box may not be accepted. Please use a suitable, protective outer covering – such as a corrugated box.
- You are responsible for return shipping and handling. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Delivery time of an exchanged product may vary, depending upon your location.
- HatsanUSA, Inc. will only ship to U.S. addresses. Any international shipping must be approved prior to placing your order.
